| The 3 year old class is for children who will turn 3 by September 30, 2006. The child must be potty trained and out of "pull ups". The 3 year old class focuses on social, emotional, behavioral, and physical development of children. It encourages children to share, listen, plan, follow, lead and express themselves while gaining self esteem and independence. | The
4/5 year old class, 3 day session, is for children who will turn 4
by September 30, 2006. This class also encourages children to develop
socially, emotionally, behaviorally, and physically. This class motivates
learning with a "hands on" interactive curriculum. It encourages
participation, critical thinking, and problem solving skills, preparing
children for Kindergarten and higher learning experiences.
We also offer a 4 day session. This class is for mature older 4's (who will turn 5 by March 1, 2007) and 5 year olds. This class continues to focus on the child as a whole, gaining strength and confidence in all developmental areas. This class encourages children to refine motor, cognitive, and intellectual skills, through experiment and experience, preparing children for the further educational challenges of Kindergarten. |
